For Heart Related Diseases:

Recite it 7 times after every prayer. You should recite 1 time Darood Sharif in the start and end .
Ya Qawiyul Qaadirul Muqtadiru Qawini wa Qalbi.

To See Someone Having Some Disease Recite This Dua:

Alhamdolillah hillazi Aafaani mimmab talaka bihi wafadalani alaa kaseerim mimmun khalaqa tafdeela.
